Funding Programs To Accelerate the Careers of Ohio Residents

In Ohio, there is no shortage of employment initiatives aimed at equipping you with the skills, experience, and valuable connections necessary for success in the workforce. Utilize the funding opportunities accessible to Ohio residents to gain in-demand tech certifications top employers are seeking! 

The Cuyahoga County Educational Assistance Program (CCEAP)

Designed specifically for Cuyahoga County residents and it is an ideal funding source for Tri-C students seeking certifications. Scholarships up to $5,000 are available to qualified applicants.

Ohio Means Jobs

Eligible students' certification fees can be covered in full with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funds. To learn more and apply, you must contact Ohio Means Jobs directly. They can be reached by mail at 1910 Carnegie Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115, or by phone at (216) 777-8200. You may also attend an in-person orientation, Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 3 PM. If visiting in person, please bring the required documentation with you.

Workforce Training Scholarships

Provided by the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation, Workforce Training Scholarships are designed to assist students with financing training programs. Scholarship requests are reviewed weekly and awarded no more than one month before training is scheduled to begin.
